Privacy notice
This notice explains how the Numinous pre-launch website handles information submitted through the waitlist. It is an operational pre-launch notice and should be reviewed with appropriate legal advice before a wider commercial launch.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit, the signup time, the website source and the version of the signup notice in use. We do not ask for travel-booking or payment information on this website.
Why we use it
Waitlist information will be used to send launch, early-access and product-development updates relating to Numinous. It will not be used to complete travel bookings or process payment.
Service providers
The website is hosted using Vercel. Waitlist submissions are processed and stored using Supabase. These providers process information on behalf of Numinous to operate the website and waitlist infrastructure.
Retention and your choices
Waitlist information is retained while it is needed for pre-launch, early-access and launch communications, unless you ask for it to be deleted sooner. Unsubscribe and deletion processes will be included before marketing emails are sent at scale.
Cookies and analytics
Numinous uses Vercel Web Analytics on the public website to understand aggregate traffic, including pages viewed, referrers, browser and device information, and country-level location. Vercel Web Analytics is first-party and is designed to operate without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We use this information to understand website performance and interest in Numinous.
Numinous app accounts
Numinous app users can manage account and travel-profile details in the app. Account deletion can be initiated in the app or through our account deletion page. The external process uses a time-limited verification link sent to the account email address before deletion can be confirmed.
Contact and further updates
A dedicated public contact address and any additional privacy information required for the wider product launch will be added before broader marketing activity begins.
