Delete your Numinous account
You can permanently delete your Numinous account from inside the app or begin a verified deletion request here.
What account deletion removes
- Your Numinous account profile and travel-profile details.
- Saved trips, bookings, itineraries, budgets and trip history linked to your account.
- Saved Numi preferences, context and Numi interaction history linked to your account.
- Other account-linked personal data held by Numinous unless retention is legally required.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
DELETE OUTSIDE THE APP
Verify your account email
Enter the email address used for your Numinous account. If an account exists, we will send a one-time verification link. The link expires after 30 minutes.
EMAIL VERIFIED
Confirm permanent deletion
This verification link authorises deletion of the Numinous account connected to the email address that received it.
Continuing permanently deletes the account and associated Numinous data.
DELETION COMPLETE
Your Numinous account has been deleted.
The account and associated Numinous personal data covered by this request have been permanently removed.
Delete inside the app
In Numinous, open Profile → Account & privacy → Delete my account. The app will ask you to confirm before anything is deleted.
If you did not request deletion
Ignore the verification email. No account deletion occurs unless the one-time link is opened and permanent deletion is explicitly confirmed.
